Building Our Village Library: A Community Meeting Place in Crater Lakes of Uganda

Today is the starting signal for the construction of our library. With the help of great donors, we can afford a village library that will also become a meeting place for the community.

This is where the library will be

Under the direction of engineer Dennis, a marvellous brick building with a great view over our Crater Lakes landscape will be built.
Dennis is from our village and has worked his way up to a degree in civil engineering. A tremendous achievement by him and his parents. We are very proud that someone from our village is leading the construction of our library.

We will keep you up to date with the construction as we order books and come up with activities to get the neighbourhood excited about books!

Thanks for loving and supporting Toonda!!!

Love your community ❤
