Reflecting, Planning, and Moving Forward
As an NGO, it’s not always easy to find the time to look back and reflect on everything you’ve accomplished. Life moves fast – especially when you’re working closely with a community and constantly responding to its evolving needs. Planning future programs often takes priority, and the past can easily slip through the cracks.
That’s why we’re so thankful to have our wonderful volunteer Carolyn on board. She supported us in pushing through the process and helped us bring it all together – our experiences, the data from 2024, and finally, the full report.
