At Toonda, we are proud to introduce the Female Leadership Program, a monthly initiative designed to empower and inspire Uganda’s incredible businesswomen. Each month, a new participant will share their journey, providing valuable insights into their business practices, leadership styles, and the lessons they’ve learned through both their successes and challenges. Through their stories, they will teach others the importance of resilience, financial independence, and seizing new opportunities.
In many rural communities, traditional education is often out of reach for women. However, the strength, work ethic, and determination of these women are unmatched. At Toonda, we believe that by unlocking their potential, we can help them break free from societal limitations and show the world that leadership has no gender.
Our program also provides a space for mentorship. The voices and wisdom of our dedicated hosts will guide and uplift these women, helping them navigate their paths and create lasting change in both their lives and their communities.
Through the Female Leadership Program, we are shaping the future of Uganda, one workshop at a time. We are committed to creating a world where women are empowered to lead, innovate, and break down barriers, inspiring the next generation of female leaders.
