Dear parents,
We would like to invite you and your child for an afternoon of cultural dance in full costume at Toonda Cultural Community Center.
Our Toonda kids and youth troupe of cultural music, dance and drama with their teacher would love to present their skills and teach your children a dance, which all together will present to the parents at the end of the session on Toonda Stage.
On 12th of August from 2-4.30 pm we would be happy to have you with us.
Schedule:
2pm arrival at Toonda Cultural Community Center
2.15 pm cultural dance by our Toonda kids & youth group
2.30 pm dance lessons for our visitors with the kids
3.15 pm snack break
3.30 pm dance lesson continues
4 pm dance performance on Toonda stage for parents in full costume
Followed by a little surprise for our visiting kids for attending and making new friends
4.30 pm closing
Fees: minimum 5k per child plus 5k per parent
With the money the group collects on that day, they want to buy costumes, which they need for the Toonda Cultural Gala on August 20th.
Food & Drinks: water/ soda for the kids, snacks such as g nuts and yellow bananas, tea and coffee for parents will be provided.
Feel free to bring your own snacks, food and drinks to enjoy the day as much as possible.
Location: we’re located in the serene crater lakes region, next to Lake Nyambuga, opposite of Ndali Lodge, driving towards Sadghuru School. 28 km from town.
